Personally, I sometimes find it hard to understand and imagine how we can make this aspect of our lives worse. More generally, I find it “sad” that this primordial and primary aspect of nutrition has become, over time, more of a concept than a value. Of course, the development of society has pushed us in this direction with industrialization and the distance put between producers and consumers. However, for me, thinking about the way we eat should be a central issue. Especially since, it seems to me, we’re all intimately aware that good nutrition brings about significant results and positive changes in our lives. And if that’s not the case, I’ll tell you. In terms of physical, mental and general well-being improvements, nutrition is a central part of our lives.
