Physical activity has been a lifelong passion of mine, beginning with soccer until an injury halted my playing days at age 14. In addition to my daily weightlifting workouts, I also enjoy engaging in various sports such as basketball, climbing, running, cycling, and more. Whenever possible, and when the weather permits, I am outdoors, actively moving, exploring new activities. My pursuit is not only to excel in my endeavors but primarily to continuously strive for improvement. I am driven by a constant desire to surpass my previous achievements and witness growth in these pursuits.
Returning to my daily training practice, I truly started from scratch. Initially, I would go to the gym 1-3 times a week simply to expend excess energy. Gradually, I became engrossed in the process and found myself compelled to continually progress. At the outset, I paid little attention to form or any other concepts specific to weightlifting; my sole focus was on increasing weights.
As time went on, I increased both the frequency of my workouts and my knowledge on the subject. I became curious and sought to learn more about the body, muscles, and nutrition, turning to videos, tutorials, and books for education. Upon reaching high school, fitness became a daily part of my routine, and it was at this juncture that I transitioned towards bodyweight training. After a year, the transition from fitness to bodyweight training was complete, and I almost exclusively trained in this manner. During this period, I rarely trained my legs, a habit I had to change four years ago when I began to address this imbalance with two leg workouts per week. Although I primarily train with bodyweight exercises, I still occasionally incorporate weights. I appreciate this diversity in my workouts as it allows me to achieve an interesting complementarity of training methods. Over time and with repetition, I have mastered various calisthenic movements, which further fuels my motivation. Concurrently, I have also developed a healthy diet to complement my training. I initially started with the classic combination of rice and turkey, then experimented with several dietary approaches, including vegan and vegetarian diets. At present, I do not adhere to any particular dietary regimen, but I have maintained the habit of eating healthily and sufficiently.
Today, I train seven days a week, stretch twice a day, and continue to prioritize my nutrition. The results of this hard work are evident in my advanced fitness level and the physique I once only dreamt of. More than that, this journey has instilled invaluable values in me: self-confidence, discipline, dedication power, patience, delayed gratification, leverage pain, self-control. Because training is not just physical. It would be disingenuous to say that I didn’t start for purely aesthetic reasons or due to a lack of self-confidence. However, as I continued my practice, I not only addressed these issues through the results I achieved but also realized how much more sport encompasses. With now 10 years of practice and experience, my approach has become more spiritual than purely athletic. This is also the reason why this website is coming to fruition now. I firmly believe that what I have learned throughout this journey must be shared because the benefits are countless.
