My meditative journey has had its ups and downs. There were periods when I stopped the practice because I felt I was no longer getting the benefits. However, I’ve always regretted the times I’ve stopped. For 2 years now I’ve been practicing meditation without interruption, and it helps me quite a lot to cope with life’s negative events. Personally, I meditate for 30 minutes in the morning and at night before going to bed. But the practice of meditation doesn’t necessarily require spending that much time. Once again, regular practice is more important than meditating more but not being consistent.
